It’s a wasted premise, the aliens were cheesy which excised a lot of tension from the film. I never felt that they were ever truly doomed because those things were so ridiculous looking.

This film is no Oscar winner and they did jack a lot from other films (like most do), but if you like a lot of action then this movie will satisfy. I would give it a 7/10! Also just because the aliens weren’t up to par with how you think aliens look they doesn’t mean they are cheesy and like I said the title is Battle LA so of course it would play like The Pacific since the title is telling you where it will take place. Did you think it was going to show what’s going on in the rest of the world with that title? C’mon now! I will agree though this movie makes you want to join the Marines and I left feeling like “America! Fuck Yeah!”
