Game of the Year.
The LEGO crossover games (Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Batman, etc.) were born out of an interesting and renewed effort on LEGO’s part to start branching out. I grew up on the standard kits, so having LEGO bricks penetrate every aspect of your life doesn’t seem like a terrible opportunity. Unfortunately, these games are kinda dull and kid-oriented, which is odd considering how many of us adult-folk are still into the bricksets. But how could we change this? How could we improve them? With Breaking Bad, of course.
It’s not a game yet, but it mimics not just the show, but the LEGO games to a “T” so well that I don’t know why Traveller’s Tales isn’t working on it this very moment. this game would easily sell a million copies. I’m serious, it’d the best thing in the world. Maybe building Breaking Bad props and meth labs over and over would get tedious, but who cares? Watch this clever animation and you’ll immediately understand why.
