1) The $499 price tag.
I don’t know what they’re thinking but $499 is prohibitive for a lot (and I mean a LOT) of potential buyers. Sure I know that all of the fanbois out there are going to scream “YABUT IT HAZ A KINECTZ!!” but, look…It doesn’t NEED a built in Kinect, does it? No, it sure doesn’t. Drop the Kinect and lower the price down to something more reasonable. And if Sony announces a lower price at their press conference (which is happening right now), MS may be in for a hurting.
