Happy Thanksgiving From The Staff Of FleshEatingZipper!
GOBBLE GOBBLE
Are you a turkey fan? Well, tomorrow peeps like you are gonna be gobbling up the gobble gobble and other stuff. Me, I’d just be happy with a big bowl of stuffing. I don’t even like turkey. Anyway, while you and yours are celebrating company, we’ll be doing the same, but we’ll be working on Planetside 2, Forza Horizon, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, Halo 4, probably episodes of Parenthood, and some other genuinely awesome stuff.
We’ll see you guys on Monday!
Love,
Your pals at FEZ

Engadget Reveals New Web Site, Shines Brighter Than The Content
No, I’m not a fan of the typeface in the highlight box being different than everything else.
Yesterday, Aol’s big tech blog unveiled a major redesign that, admittedly, is probably the best thing they’ve done since Topolsky and crew left. The content is still pretty light, I’m not a fan of ripping out review scores, and they’ve been chasing features other sites have actually done proper, but this part they got pretty right and you should check it out for that part at least. What did they improve? Well…

Google Nexus 4 Sold Out Quickly in the US & UK
#4 baby!
Is the Google Nexus 4 that awesome? I don’t know, but enough people think so. So many people in fact that it sold out in 10 minutes in the UK and under an hour here in the US. I tried to buy one from the Google Play store to piss off my co-worker but when I went to add it to my cart, I got an error. I’m not the only one that had this problem. What makes this phone so hot? Kim Dotcom Can’t Catch a Break, Me.ga Domain Seized
Mega issues, amirite?
After recently revealing the domain for the new cloud storage service, Mega. Communication Minister Blaise Louembe of Gabon, the country that controls the domain, has suspended it saying, “Gabon cannot serve as a platform or screen for committing acts aimed at violating copyrights, nor be used by unscrupulous people.” The domain seems to work on and off for me. I might be hitting cached servers but it redirects here. Read the rest of this article…
Goodbye Windows Live Messenger, You Were So Awesome
Memories…
When I started working over at TeamXbox, I was told that using AOL Instant Messenger was super lame and that MSN Messenger was the super righteous. This was a decade ago and AIM is still an incredibly popular reason to claim you have an Aol account. MSN Messenger had many more features than AIM, tied to your Hotmail account, and all my friends were using it. Well, times change…
