Hulu up for Sale? They Have an Offer
Hulu is considering an offer to sell from a buyer that was not identified. The offer was unsolicited and the board of directors is said to be considering it because getting content rights for TV streaming are becoming harder. Hulu is owned by News Corp (Fox), NBCUniversal and Disney (I don’t understand why it’s hard for them to secure the rights to their own stuff, but whatever) and is on track for $500 million in revenue this year compared to last years $260 million. Ya Done Screwed Up, Epic Meal Time
Look, we get it, you guys are maturing. You took your little show about disgusting-ly awesome and unhuman main courses and got really successful. That’s awesome. So you started doing ads. That’s cool, whatever. Gamefly, Squarespace, fine, fine. At the end of the day, we want the videos with the insane amount of food formulated with copious amounts of liquor, not the festering piece of crap you just uploaded as this week’s episode.

Movie Review: Green Lantern
Yeah, so…I went in to prep for the review of Green Lantern in a state I’ll call “cautiously optimistic”. As I’ve said before, I’m not a reader of comics and I’m still on the fence about the whole super hero movie thing. I am, however, a fan of Ryan Reynolds (even though he doesn’t like video games) because I find him to be a very flexible actor and I appreciate someone who can tackle diverse and disparate roles.
As the opening sequence rolled, I wondered what I’d gotten myself in to and prepared for a long evening.

This week, the FleshEatingZipper Staff is writing about their favorite console-exclusive games, ever! Agree or disagree in the comments below!
If you’ve listened to our podcasts before, you know I have a certain affinity for Project Gotham Racing 2 (or PGR2, as we call it). I’ve written at length about it, sure, but how did it come up to be the best console-exclusive game ever? I mean, people who write articles like this are going to say Zelda-something or Call of Duty-whatever. This was easy, though: my hands were pretty much tied.

The interwebs have been blasting with news of yet another fatal car crash. This time it happened to everyones favorite Jackass member. Although that’s like saying the skunk spray bean is your favorite BeanBoozled JellyBelly flavor. Regardless, after trolling through youtube for clips to help inspire an article after hours of having writers block, I fell upon a very interesting movie trailer made by the Zach Galifianakis stunt double. Check it out after the break.

Why Branded Domains Won’t Be Popular, Yet
ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) just voted and passed a plan to launch new gTLD’s (generic top level domain) for businesses costing $185,000. It’s really cool and all but I don’t think it will be popular for a while. Why? Let me tell you. Read the rest of this article…

My 90’s Crush: Tiffani Thiessen
This week, the FleshEatingZipper staff writes about their crushes from the Bill Clinton, Arsenio Hall, and Gangster’s Paradise-esque 1990′s!
Back then she was credited as Tiffani-Amber Thiessen but I knew her as Kelly Kapowski growing up watching Saved by the Bell. Her character was the girl next door, something every guy wants, and my crushing began. Kelly and Zack Morris seemed like the perfect couple and… hold on this isn’t about Saved by the Bell this is about Tiffani Thiessen. Read the rest of this article…
