My Favoritest Music Videos Ever? Yep.
It seems like the implosion of the music industry has made the art of the music video sort of a dead statement, but it’s not like they didn’t have a good run. Here are some of my favorite music videos over the years, starting with Number Five up top, Justice’s “DVNO”. Directed by So-Me, Machine Mollie, and Yorgo featuring a wide variety of logos and title cards that, if you’re a child of the 80s, you’ll vaguely recognize in their repurposed versions. Stay tuned as we march on to the top 4 after the break! [I completely apologize ahead of time for either the poor quality or ad-filled versions of these links!]

Android Now Biggest-Selling Smartphone Platform In America
You wouldn’t tell it just looking at the FEZ staff – where we have two Android users versus two iPhone users with a Windows Phone guy in-between – but Android has now become the largest smartphone platform, surpassing Research In Motion’s Blackberry for the top spot in ComScore’s latest quarterly marketshare report.

Movie Review: Death Of A Ghost Hunter
Having a bit of an interest in scary movies and freaky ghost stories, I sat down to watch this 2007 indy release which was a selection at the Phoenix Film Festival and won the 2007 New York City Horror Film Festival award for best screenplay.

Getting Closer to Launching Skynet
Boston Dynamics is building some robots to hunt people for the government. The first is the Cheetah that you see above. The Cheetah robot will have a flexible spine, an articulated head and neck, and maybe even a tail. It will be able to accelerate rapidly and make tight turns so it can “chase or evade,” Boston Dynamics said in a statement.

Favimon – I Choose You!
This is pretty cool if you’re into the whole web scene. It’s a nifty little spin off Pokemon but instead of battling Pokemon you battle Favicons! So far I have taken down the top 10 Alexa ranked sites then didn’t know what else to do with it. Go check out Favimon though and beware of the mighty Google Favicon, it’s a monster!

Google’s Self Driving Car
I’ve been hearing all about this magical car that Google has been testing but never got to see in it. Well the wait is over! In the video above you get to see it has a crazy keyboard with characters out of this world (I knew aliens helped them) and it driving up to 45 MPH while it zig-zags through an obstacle course. The tech inside isn’t really touched on, I’m guessing it’s still super duper top secret. All I know is that I really want to play with one of these things now. In 2007 BMW let Top Gear test their self driving car, I think someone at Google leaked it to BMW and that’s how they go the tech because I mean did you see GM’s self driving car? The thing had crazy gadgets and cameras mounted all over it. The BMW video is after the jump.

2000 Was The Best SimCity Game Ever, Period.
It’s hard to believe now, but SimCity launched a whole new genre of strategy games when it debuted in 1989 – the “fun” simulation. Developer/gaming god Will Wright (you know him nowadays for The Sims and Spore) decided that he was having more fun with level editors than he was in actual games, so he set out to create the original SimCity. Believe it or not, at some point the idea of playing a game in which you built and managed a city was pretty lame, but Will changed everyone’s minds. It’s the sequel, though – SimCity 2000 – that perfected the whole formula and in the 17 years since it released, it has never been surpassed.

Ebooks Only Last 26 Reads Then They Self Destruct
Harper Collins, a huge book publisher, is telling libraries that they need to buy a new version of any ebook that is checked out 26 times. The reason behind this is because they say that printed books only last that long and so ebooks should follow the same rules. Say what? Read the rest of this article…
